On Tuesday, July 28, Cedaredge Rotary will be trying our first in-person meeting since May 5 in Phyllis Hoffman’s backyard at 928 Brook Lane at 11:00. Wear a mask, bring your own brown bag lunch and Phyllis will provide beverages. Also, bring a chair if convenient; Phyllis has some but we need a few more. We will determine if this type of outdoor meeting works for the majority of Rotarians and will be deciding whether we can meet in person on a regular basis.
The Cedaredge Rotary Club is now holding our regular Tuesday meetings on Zoom at 11:00 am. Note we will be meeting at 11:00 am not at noon. Members will receive an invitation each week from Paul Rosin. Just click on the link and it will take you directly to the Zoom meeting. If you need help getting into the meeting call Linda Lichtendahl at 970-389-8298. If you are not a member and would like to join us as a guest email lindalichtendahl@gmail.com and we will send you the link to the Zoom meeting invitation. It's so great to see the faces of our friends so join us every Tuesday on Zoom at least through May.
Starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Cedaredge Rotary meetings are cancelled for the remainder of March. Please read a message from our President, Phyllis Hoffman, below.
"I feel it is prudent at this time to suspend our lunch meetings for the remainder of March. Due to the fact that most of our members are in the "at risk" category for a poor outcome if contacting the corona virus. We have no control over what traveling public may be stopping for lunch at our meeting place.
I would still plan on having our private 5th Tuesday Pot Luck at the Rantas on the 31st unless Don wishes to cancel. I will still take lunch to our Interact club at the school if they have not suspended activities. We can all stay home, stay safe and well. I will make a decision about April when we get there.
Sincerely, Phyllis Hoffman, Rotary President"
